Using Panda Opinion
You agree to use Panda Opinion honestly, provide accurate account and profile information, complete surveys thoughtfully, and follow survey partner requirements. Panda Opinion reserves the right to validate survey responses and remove accounts that do not meet quality standards.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Rewards
Reward availability, values, eligibility, and processing times may vary by country, survey partner, survey approval status, and account standing. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be revoked or adjusted if a survey response is rejected, found to be invalid, or if these terms are violated.
Prohibited activity
Fraud, duplicate accounts, automated tools, bots, false or misleading survey responses, misuse of rewards, and any attempt to manipulate the platform are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
Intellectual property
Panda Opinion and its content, including the website, branding, surveys, and technology, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Panda Opinion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that surveys or rewards will be available at any given time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panda Opinion and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost rewards or data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using Panda Opinion and close your account at any time.
