Where does the data live? Can we self-host?

By default responses land in our multi-zone cluster, encrypted at rest with separately managed keys. Where localisation rules require it, raw responses can stay in the regional node while the platform holds only aggregates. Self-hosting is available for annual contracts.

Do we have to build questionnaires in your editor?

No. PandaStudio exists for teams who want to move fast themselves. Teams with an established questionnaire estate simply connect the external link and we supply sample, quality control and collection data.

What happens if we need to add questions or markets mid-project?

Quota and source changes apply live. Question edits create a new version: completes already submitted keep their original version, and analysis can split by version instead of restarting the wave.

How many projects can run at once?

Self-serve allows concurrent projects by default; Team has no concurrency limit. Allocation is controlled at source level so the same respondents are not booked into several studies simultaneously.
