Audiences

Sample is not inventory.
It is people you can verify.

For every person you reach, we can say where they came from, when they arrived, and why we believe who they are.

People first.
Attributes second.

Every panellist is identity- and mobile-verified, and their profile is built from ongoing collection rather than one long signup form. Attributes carry a timestamp: anything older than twelve months is automatically down-weighted, so a 2023 income band never explains 2026 spending.

  • Identity plus mobile verification — one person, one account, with device-linked duplicates actively removed.
  • Dated attributes — filter to "refreshed in the last six months" directly in the project.
  • Cross-project de-duplication — nobody re-enters a related study within 30 days unless you widen the window.

BB2B professionals

You speak to the person
who signs, not a contact record.

Work email, employment status and remit are verified across three sources, then respondents are invited by seniority, function, company size and budget authority. IT, healthcare, finance and manufacturing are our deepest pools, filterable by stack and spend.

Recruitment ops

Screened by people,
not only by script.

Automated checks catch the obvious. A small operations team handles the cases a model cannot judge — and runs in-person sessions when the study needs a room.

Other sources

Where the panel runs out,
we rebuild the route.

Every source is labelled in the project report: who supplied it, how much, and how much was rejected. You can keep only the sources you trust.

31 local panels

92 markets, 31 sourced from local panels we own. Each market keeps its own attributes and quota logic.

Low-incidence recruitment

Rare conditions, narrow titles, niche product users. A feasibility range first, then a plan. Shortfalls refunded, never backfilled with lookalikes.

Sample governance

Beyond "is there enough"
comes "is it clean".

Governance here is a daily routine, not a line in a report claiming the data was cleaned. These four things happen on every wave.

  • Duplicate removal — device fingerprint, payment signal and behavioural similarity combined; a hit freezes every linked account.
  • Supplier grading — scored on 90-day rejection rate, lateness and complaints. D-grade sources disappear from the selectable list.
  • Human spot checks — one manual review per 500 completes, and 5% of every AI rejection is re-checked by a person.
  • Provenance — every record traces back to supplier, batch, recruitment channel and verification time.

PANEL FAQ

Questions about the sample

Talk to us
Who are the suppliers, and are sources resold twice?

All 47 are direct: contracts and settlement run inside our system, with price and inventory synced live. We do not resell upstream, and each response is attributed to its actual source so you can check overlap with studies you bought elsewhere.

Will the same people show up across my projects?

Cross-project de-duplication is on by default — no repeat within 30 days for related research. You can set the window per project, or relax it for trackers where a fixed sample is the point.

What if a low-incidence audience under-delivers?

You get a feasibility range before launch rather than a promise. If recruitment lands below 80% of the committed volume, the shortfall is refunded in full and we propose alternatives — we do not silently substitute lookalikes.

Why does the price move between waves?

CPI tracks live inventory and difficulty. A thin segment with concentrated demand costs more. The dashboard shows current price, trailing 30-day average and the cost of an adjacent audience, so you can wait or switch.
